Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Handbag
Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all hangtags and registration cards are included to maintain item integrity.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized UPS location, keeping your tracking receipt for your records.
